Beau Larkin

Beau Larkin is the travel editor at Upper South Journal. He grew up on a farm in middle Tennessee that has been in his family for several generations, and got his start writing for a state outdoor magazine before a long run at outdoor and travel titles in the South and beyond. He drives a 2003 Toyota Tundra with 290,000 miles on it and maintains, against all reason, that the next 100,000 will be the easy ones. He lives in Sewanee with his wife, two daughters, and a string of foster dogs.
