Delia Forsythe

Delia Forsythe writes reviews and field notes for Upper South Journal. She trained at a culinary school up north and worked five years as a pastry cook at restaurants in the Southeast before a hand injury moved her into writing. Her mother is from Taipei and her father's family has been in north Alabama since the timber boom. She lives in Huntsville with a vintage Wedgwood stove that she rebuilt herself.
