Reuben Calloway

Reuben Calloway covers Eat & Drink for Upper South Journal. He worked the line at restaurants in Knoxville and Asheville for eleven years, including several as a sous chef, before he started writing about food in 2018 because he was sick of the things food critics were getting wrong. He lives in Knoxville with two cats named Mirepoix and Roux.
